Welcome to the site. It's plain HTML, a build script, and a folder full of Markdown files. No database. No CMS. No JavaScript frameworks. Just text files, a terminal, and a small analytics script that doesn't track visitors.
That feels right for what I want to do here. I've been writing fiction on and off for years and keeping my writings mostly private or shared selectively under a pseudonym. This is me finally deciding that done is better than perfect and shipping the thing.
What to expect
Blog posts about whatever's on my mind - usually a mix of writing craft, software, and my myriad other interests. Short fiction in the Stories section, added as I finish pieces. Project notes when I build something worth talking about.
No newsletter. No social login. There's an RSS feed if you want to follow along.
