Welcome to the site. It's plain HTML, a build script, and a folder full of Markdown files. No database. No CMS. No JavaScript framework. Just text files and a terminal.
That feels right for what I want to do here. I've been writing fiction on and off for years and keeping a private blog that I never published. This is me finally deciding that done is better than perfect and shipping the thing.
What to expect
Blog posts about whatever's on my mind — usually a mix of writing craft, software, and the places where those two things unexpectedly overlap. Short fiction in the Stories section, added as I finish pieces. Project notes when I build something worth talking about.
No newsletter. No social login. There's an RSS feed if you want to follow along.
